Reality tv star, Amaka Mbah has reiterated on the need to move on in life whenever there is a situation that has been bothering someone or weighing the person down.
She took to her Instagram story to share a video of Kelvin Heart, when he was talking about moving on. She said, “This here helped me in my past times; the understanding that life must go on would always help you as a human being, never forget this”.
Amaka was one of the housemates in Big Brother Naija season 7. She started with the trenches roommates before they were merged. She formed good relationships with most of the housemates, but the relationship she shared with the winner, Phyna was quite different. They were pretty close and supported each other.
Towards the end of the show, a series of occurrences led to arguments and the relationship staggered. Amaka became someone despised by some of the housemates before she was evicted.
Since coming out of the house, Amake is one of the BBNaija ex-housemates you will hardly see having fun with other ex-housemates.
