Dangerous, featuring Nadia and Blxckie, is one of the album’s tracks that has won the hearts of many people. AKA conveyed his eternal love for his lover Nadia Nakai in the song.
The rapper was ready to commit to Nadia and create a family with her, according to the lyrics. In his songs, he encourages that everyone become involved and help him leave a legacy.
“I’m feeling you I think we should engage, tell where your Grandma stays let’s activate the Rands. Kairo is one but I need someone to extend my legacy A son with you will be icing on the cake They say nothing is forever, don’t forget to pray All I know is since I met you nothing was the same Your name is a tattoo on my heart I cannot laser,” reads the lyrics.
AKA’s close buddy recently stated to Zimoja Lezinto that Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes was ready to settle down with Nakai this year.
“She supported him. Took the late-night calls when he was crying and she was there for him. She was the one. He was planning to propose this year. He was hopeless romantic and I am sure by Valentine’s day, it would have been done,” reported the publication
Speaking during AKA’s burial ceremony, AKA’s buddy Yanga Chief said that AKA’s dedication to Nadia Nakai was unparalleled. Although dating three other renowned women before to Nakia, he was supposedly madly in love with her.
“He was done. He felt he had no purpose and he had reached a creating block when they started dating. So, she became his saving grace. Before they dated, everything Kiernan was doing, was so he stays alive, but only his daughter and his family were keeping him sane. He was depressed until he and Nadia started dating.” reported the publication
To Nadia, the first time I asked Kiernan how was your relationship going, he did not hesitate to tell me “bra this is it for me, Nadia saved my life” I thank you for loving my bru and bringing him back to him after we thought we have lost him the first time. He loved you so much” said Yanga Chief.
Nadia Nakai recently turned to social media to break her silence on AKA’s murder, following the rapper’s funeral on Saturday.
She wrote, “My heart is shattered. This is not what our future was meant to look like. I can’t believe I said my final goodbye to you yesterday. I’ll never see you again for the rest of my life? You loved me loud and proud, thank you baby. Protected me, prayed for me, and, inspired me. I find it hard to breathe let alone find the words to explain how much I love you,” she wrote.
The rapper declared her wish to spend the rest of her life with AKA, claiming that she expected to spend her entire life with him, but AKA is the one who has spent his entire life with her.
“I’m going to miss all the special moments we’ve had. This really hurts. I can’t come to terms with the fact that I’ll never hear you say you love me, I’ll never hear your laugh. We had plans.
“There is no pain bigger than the pain of losing you. I thought I was going to spend the rest of my life with you, realize you’re the one who spent the rest of your life with me. I don’t know why things happen the way they do, but I’m questioning God right now. Why would He bring us together only to take you away? I don’t understand. I don’t know how I’m going to do this, going on with my life without you. I just can’t. Rest in peace Kiernan, I love you.”
