President Alassane Ouattara of Cote d’Ivoire has held a Unity talk with his predecessors, former Presidents Laurent Gbagbo and Henri Konan Bédié.
The meeting on Thursday was in a bid to reunite Ivory Coast.
The meeting is the first for the three since the civil war in 2010.
At the end, Mr Gbagbo read a brief statement to journalists.
He told journalists that “Today’s meeting was a reunion to renew contact and exchange in truth on the major issues of the nation”.
